Description
Hash Tag Make provides a text format filter that converts hashtags in rendered formatted text into links.
The filter is compatible with CKEditor 5 and does not require an editor plugin or toolbar button. Configuration is stored per text format, including the hashtag destination URL and supported Unicode scripts.
Hash Tag Make processes HTML safely, preserves existing links and protected elements, and supports Drupal 10.3 or later and Drupal 11.
Installation
Install the module, then edit a text format at /admin/config/content/formats. Enable Convert hashtags to links and configure its search URL prefix and Unicode scripts.
For example, /search/node?keys= turns #health into a link to /search/node?keys=%23health.
