GSA host name not recognized with "http://" prefix

In the GSA settings form, specifying my host like this: http://example.gsa.com resulted in the "can't connect to host" error. After examining the URL passed to the curl function, it came out like this: http://http://example.gsa.com.

Omitting the "http://" in the form field cleared the error and allowed things to work normally. The field instructions should be updated to specify omitting the prefix.
