Issue with groups.drupal.org account after changing my primary email

I recently changed my primary email on Drupal.org and when I visit groups.drupal.org I get the error message saying;

Account uniqueness problem detected. Please contact the site administrator.

Please help me resolve this problem. My account is drupal.org/u/tsega
