Ability to follow another user's commits

I'd like to be able to follow another user and see all of her commits on Drupal.org. In fact, I'd like to do this with several people.

Drupal.org exposes this information on a per-user basis via RSS: http://drupal.org/user/69959/track/code/feed, so we could import these events for followed users and display them in the user's (Drupal Commons) activity stream.
