Today, in status report, I get this error:

Entity/field definitions

Mismatched entity and/or field definitions
The following changes were detected in the entity type and field definitions:

Group

The Revision user field needs to be installed.
The Revision user field needs to be uninstalled.

I do not have any Group created.
So I do not why this error is shown.

What Drupal core version are you on? Does running `drush updb` change anything in the status report?
I tried to replicate the issue with group module version: 4.0.0-alpha1 but couldn't.

Drupal core 11.3.8
No, drush updb does not solve it.
