There is no UI for it yet like you have for nodes, but rest assured that it is on my to-do list.
it is not working with Pathauto for me :( It creates url alias which can't be used. It's listed in admin/config/search/path, but with Language = ALL in brown color (found as warning class in CSS).
It starts to work when I go to alias edit page and "re-save" it without even updating anything in it. Any idea what can go wrong, please?
I resolved the issue with rules - create aliases for all group sub-links (edit, invite, member, mail-list, add ...etc.). Thank you for your help anyway ;)
