Views Module - using replacement tokens to edit the output of a "Views" field

I've created a view which displays the users that are logged on to our Intranet. They are listed by username but I want to convert that to English. For example: the username "hynesh" should be displayed as Holly Hynes. The instructions below are available but through much trial and error I cannot get the proper usernames to display. Any suggestions?
