Release notes

GraphQL Compose Codegen 1.1.1 is a maintenance release focused on CI reliability for public repositories.

Changed

- CI now validates the Drupal 10.6 and 11.3 support floors plus the current Drupal 11 release.
- Attribution and changelog checks now run as self-contained public-repository workflows.

Fixed

- Removed the private reusable-workflow dependency that prevented GitHub Actions from loading on public mirrors (https://www.drupal.org/project/graphql_compose_codegen/issues/3614589).
- Added bounded retries for transient Composer fetch failures.
- Kept PHPStan checks compatible with the PHPUnit 9 attribute environment used by Drupal 10.6.
