solotandem commentedWhy is this a bug? What other modules do you have installed -- specifically that would have that constant defined? If you have other modules installed with that constant, then why do you have the grammar parser installed as a module? For all known uses of grammar parser available on drupal.org, the grammar parser code belongs in sites/all/libraries or equivalent, and is NOT enabled as a module (which if it is in this location would not be a possibility).

warmth commentedCan this be related to the grammar parser included in the Drupal for Facebook module?

solotandem commentedI scanned the info files for the modules included in the FB project and found no reference to the grammar parser.
Again, what modules do you have installed that would define the constant? Can you grep the code base to find out?

warmth commentedAttached a list of all my active modules (development stage).

solotandem commentedFrom the list, you have installed coder upgrade, grammar_parser_lib, and grammar_parser as modules. The grammar_parser should not be enabled as a module when used with coder upgrade. The error message is due to the constant being defined in grammar_parser_lib. When grammar_parser_lib is enabled, then grammar_parser is to be used a library not a module.
I would guess you are not using coder upgrade and thus do not need to enable either of the other modules.
