I am getting this

Install version 7.x-1.x of the Grammar Parser library code (from here) in a libraries directory such as "sites/all/libraries." For easy installation, use the drush make file in the Grammar Parser Library project.

What is the alternative installation instructions if you can't get drush make to work? It says 'for easy installation' but that assumes drush is working fine, there are no other instructions, the only thing I can make out is to add the grammar parser to sites/all/libraries, which I have done and I still get this error and no working modules.

Some more information please.

What error do you get? What are you trying to use this for -- API site or coder upgrade? What operating system? What modules are downloaded and/or enabled?
