Google Forms API 3 Not Working

hi

I am trying to get Google Forms module to talk to a new Google Spreadsheet which would be using API 3.0

form is not displaying, getting this permissions error

Message	require_once(sites/all/libraries/simplehtmldom/simple_html_dom.php) [<a href='function.require-once'>function.require-once</a>]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /httpdocs/sites/all/modules/google_form/google_form.module on line 164.

I am pretty sure I have permissions set-up correctly

been a while since I used Plesk, so I might be doing something obviously wrong

ended up going back to iframes solution
