I have followed following process flow.

I have installed module.

After that, I have uninstalled module.

Then, I have searched "storage.node.field_goo" in database. It is having record in config tables.

Because of this, when you are going to install that module again. You are not able to install that.

Please do check attached patch and zip file for removing field storage during uninstallation of the module.
