node_counter is not updated

Hello, I have a problem with updating of the table node_counter, this is not updated and remains empty, I think there is a problem with the verification of the nodepath.
For example with

google_analytics_counter_display ();

or

google_analytics_counter_display (base_path (). 'group/mygroup'); 

I get the right count ... but if i enter for example:

google_analytics_counter_display (base_path (). 'node/118')

does not work, i always get a count equal to 0 .. (also tried without base_path, but the result does not change)

I've done several tests, and if i try to change the path in the

function google_analytics_counter_update_node_counter () 

and replacing $path = 'node/'.$ dbresult->nid,
with
$path = $myasliaspath example: group/mygroup.
The node_counter table is updated, but obviously with the values ​​of a single page.
How i can fix this problem?
