Although the Forum option under "Enable or disable the submitted by Username on date text when displaying posts of the following type" is enabled (in theme global settings), the user name does not display on forum posts. Is this fixable, or am I just being dumb and missing something obvious?

Thanks for reporting. This theme does not provide a lot of styling for forum, but I have made the user name display now.
