Protect against recurision [#2375501]

1) Set up glossify on an input format with filters enabled
2) Set up a term with the term in the description (e.g. name:Art description:Art is [..]) using the input format
3) use that term in body of content using that inout format
Results: fatal error due to recursion/out of memory/etc.
Expected: not to do that

Maybe too much priority, but it'll crash sites, specially when the content is on the front page/block that appears everywhere/etc.

Definitely NOT too much priority. Frankly, I can't believe I didn't run into this myself by now. Committed to dev-- will roll a new official release once I get through the current round of issues.
