This module is currently broken under 4.7.4.

I'm not sure - there is a post in one of the other issues showing a possible patch - please continue discussion in issue #89600.

FWIW, I am successfully using Global Redirect on 4.7.3, 4.7.4 and HEAD versions of Drupal. My minimal tests concluded that it worked so I ignored the warning.
