We just did a significant upgrade of our site including upgrading to the latest version of this module.

Suddenly we find that GetSatisfaction isn't working from Firefox. Possibly because of upgrading the module.

I'd appreciate it if someone could take a look at why it's not working for us any longer.

Hi there,
I have verified the code works fine in Firefox. For example http://store.lullabot.com/collections/all uses the same version of GetSatisfaction JS library and doesn't have the problem.
I suggest checking your generated HTML source looking for markup errors that may break the GetSatisfaction script.

or the last table tag is not closed.
