Proximity views field with lat/lon exact match should return 0

The field to show distance from coordinates returns value of null when coordinates match filter values exact. Shouldn't this return 0 as in 0 miles for example from filter? null value would normally indicate the value can't be resolved as in no filter values are entered. No results option doesn't help here either cause the field value is returning null for exact match vs. 0 which means exact match is treated the exact same as if an item's lat/lon didn't exist and couldn't be calculated.
