Using php 5.4, I receive the following warning:

Warning: trim() expects parameter 1 to be string, array given in geofield_proximity_search_validate() (line 325 .../geofield/geofield.elements.inc)

The warning appears on a view with geofield proximity search as exposed filters, and only on initial page load, when search form is not already submitted.

When users then submit the form, no warnings are triggered.

This patch resolve the issue for me.
