Make views integration for Geofield Map suck less

Our views formatter for geofield map breaks horribly if all the variable settings aren't set before trying to clone a view.

Also, we have 2 notices before variables are set.

In general, we should be smarter about how we handle the formatter. We already check to see if geofields are present before allowing to apply settings, we should default to the first geofield in the view instead of none.
