This patch adds Local Solr Integration.

It currently only adds the first delta to solr. I think this is all localsolr can parse. I could be wrong.

Updated patch. I added the ability to select if the field instance is to use local solr and the the ability to name the lat and lng fields.

If you apply the patch you probably want to remove the dsm()
