Panels Templates

To be frank probably not - its meant to be a quite simple theme (say compared to Adaptivetheme) and I really want to take more in that direction. Genesis shipped with Gpanels which are an ultra lightweight way of getting the layout without the overhead of Panels + CTools modules (lets face it, they are a performance overhead), but of course without the context capability. I've ended up using Gpanels a heck of lot over the last two years so I really think they are very good copy/paste layout feature. I'm more inclined is to improve on the Gpanels concept and include more Gpanel layouts.
