Two Confirmation Emails being sent

Hello, I'm using D7, the module works, but my problem are the emails, not really sure why but when I did a test run two confirmation emails where sent to the account I use for the test. One adressed to the username and one adressed to 'XvfiLn9qQQ'.

I use the modules Email Registration and Login Tobbogan In case that's Important.

Hope you guys can help me

I just checked the database and Notice the code 'XvfiLn9qQQ' that I mentioned earlier was set as the user name. Still I don't see why any email should be sent to confirm the account.

I don't even receive any email. But like you say, it make not sense to register with gmail and have to confirm an email, what's the point? For this, people just have to register normally.
