Is it possible to configure NODE ACCESS HANDLING and NODE ACCESS MODE per content type instead of a global configuration? It should be more flexible.

epieddy commentedHi,
Currently, once you have enabled the Node Access "handlers", you can configure your permissions for each content type separately.
The node access configuratoin is already flexible per content type.
But you are right, activating the node access "handler" per content type can allow to have a smaller permission grid and the Strict Mode per content type can really be an improvement in the node access system.
I don't postpone your request but it will not be a priority right now. I'll take care of it a soon as i can.

JohnnyX commentedYes, I'm not sure if I really need it, but it should be an improvement for gcc ;)

JohnnyX commentedFor me it is really important, that permission "Group Access" can be configured per (group) content type!
gcc widget "groups" should be access denied for members. "Normal" groups typically visible to members.
Could you please think about a permission configuration modification?
