GCC Webform Integration

It could be a nice to implement features of OG Webform in a sub module of GCC

I think that the most important to implement, is the webform permissions for each group :

In the description of OG Webform module we can also read that, so you should probably test if it works fine :

It also corrects some issues with properly displaying setting group context when editing webforms or viewing the submission results page.
