G2 Reviews

Introduction

This module is a third-party service integration with G2.

The G2 System implementation. Contains the following modules:

• G2 API
• G2 Reviews Block
• G2 Reviews Field
• G2 Review Form

User can enable each module in part for own business needs so you are not required to enable all of them.

Features

• Implements the most part of the API integration related to syndication reviews and all related to a product
• Gives a custom block with reviews list. Can also display and configure filters, pagination, default filters setup, items per page etc.
• Gives the possibility to write a review in 2 ways: drupal form builder by using the core API service and Iframe integration. This is implemented as a custom block, so user decides where and how to place it.
• Also, there is a new custom field formatter under a new category G2 and a field widget plugin which is represented as a textfield where user can enter a product ID for viewing the list of reviews related to it. Same as the block, the field formatter has it's own configuration for paginator, filters, iterms per page etc.
• It has several Unit test coverage of the API service class.

Troubleshooting

• Under Administration » Configuration » System » G2 - Configurations
• Make sure that Debug mode is turned on. If not, enable it
• Create a custom block of the type G2 Reviews Block and list it on the site
• Go under Administration » Reports and see logs for monitoring
