I have a problem with publishing G2 entries on the front page. When iI make a excerpt teaser - all its content goes to "entry expansion" field.

I thought - this field is for acronyms. I think it should be separeted with teaser and - if possible, admin should have a choice to hide it.

fgm - is it possible?

Everything is possible if you write it.

Note that, in this specific case, this is part of the original design choices of the module: use teaser for expansion/translation. So I won't be modifying this anytime soon, unless someone specifically commissions this change.

Since the module is open source, though, I wouldn't mind someone modifying the module to include that change and permit migration of data under the current schema to the new schema.

But if you consider doing it, I suggest you also tackle the issues involved with 4.8, not try to add these changes on the 4.7 branch, which is now stable.
