My theme keeps getting turned off!

I am not sure what is going on. After lots of testing, I can't seem to pinpoint what is causing this issue.

I am obviously using Fusion, as well as Fusion Starter and Fusion Starter Light (this is the one that keeps getting deactivated).

I am using the ThemeKey module to assign what view/node etc. gets what theme selection, and maybe that is the problem, but I don't think so. At first I thought it was happening after my caches were cleared, but that's not it. Not cron. Just randomly deactivates every now and again.

I have been searching for posts related to this issue but I'm not finding anything.

Has anyone experienced this or have any helpful input? My deadline is fast approaching. What a silly problem to have.
