I know just enough about themeing to hang myself, so stop me if I'm missing something- but why, when CSS files are included with drupal_add_css, is the 'preprocess' parameter not set? Most of the Fusion CSS files are getting aggregated but I'm still getting served three with every page request- grid16-960.css, local.css, and the hefty aggregate file. It would be nice if they all made it into the aggregate file.
It's not a huge deal but every object request counts...

sociotech commentedDane,
I understand your desire to get all the css files aggregated. We'd like to as well. Unfortunately, there are technical constraints preventing aggregating those files.
See #712994: Aggregate local stylesheet using drupal_add_css
The good news is that all the files can be aggregated in Drupal 7 and our D7 version of Fusion takes advantage of this.
