1 - Even though I download fusion straight from the download page, there's only 1 theme in the fusions folder - fusion-core
2 - I've tried unpacking it under themes and modules, but can't see it on the admin/build/themes.

Really need help.

Hi there, you can download the latest release of the Fusion theme here: http://ftp.drupal.org/files/projects/fusion-6.x-1.0-rc1.tar.gz

When you unpack it you should see a folder named "fusion" and within that folder are two other folders named "fusion_core" and "fusion_starter" along with a text file. I have attached a screenshot of that along with this issue.

You then need to copy the "fusion" folder to the /sites/all/themes folder on your server and then go to your theme's page on your website and enable Fusion Core.
