Stupid question, but how do I adjust the height of say header top and everything in it to 24px?

I have two 50% blocks side by side in header top. The header top wrapper is correct at 24px but the blocks seem to spill over.

Still trying to figure out fusion.

Is there a specific way to control the heights of each region? I set the line-height and height property to 24px and that worked, but I don't want things to break when the text is resized. Is there a formula to use?

You'd want to use percentages to keep it flexible, but that may not be helpful if you're trying to keep things at a fixed height.
