Does the base theme need to be enabled when using sub themes or does the info file take care of that.

Originally not having Fusion Core enabled caused issues with Skinr not showing up, but we've just recently re-tested all of this and it seems as though there are no longer problems if you disable Fusion Core. We'll update the documentation that currently says the opposite.

Please let us know if you run into any issues.

The reason I ask is some things are off for starter theme, it doesn't appear to be accepting it. I copied the starter folder, changed the name and also the info file. I changed the named inside the info file. The right sidebar is at the bottom of the content. The Fusion-Starter theme works but when changing the name, it doesn't. Am I doing something wrong ?

Update: fixed, I think it was due to having multiple tabs open and didn't refresh the block page on that tab to reflect the new theme.
