I set up a duo-site for a friend a couple of years ago, two identical sites - one in Norwegian and one in English - everything identical except language, using Fusion Starter theme.

No suddenly the english site is not being rendered correctly, some (most actually) of the css files are not beeing picked up by the browser.

I'm not having any luck trying to find out what has happened and how to fix it - any help?

Make sure CSS aggregation is enabled under Site Configuration > Performance.
