I'm getting a lot of errors from fusion, which I will post in a seperate report as it should help with the bug hunt. In the mean time, I'm trying to delete fusion by deleting the fusion theme folder in my directory using an FTP file manager provided by my DNS provider. When I try to go back to my site no pages will load. If I reload fusion, it works again. Fusion is not set as my default theme, nor is it even enabled. So, the question is, how to delete fusion safely?

sheena_d commentedHave you tried clearing your site's cache via drush or manually by emptying the cache tables in your database? We will need to know the exact error messages that are present in order to troubleshoot this issue. You will need to check your site's PHP error log and let us know what errors are causing the WSOD.

quinn.mckinsey commentedThe following are the errors I receive, but I fail to see why they would not allow me to simply delete/uninstall fusion.
The following are my php errors:
I've tried emptying the cache via Home » Administration » Configuration » Development » Clear all caches.

sheena_d commentedIf you had deleted Fusion, you wouldn't be receiving errors from files within Fusion. From what I can tell by the information you've provided, it seems like you have not completely deleted the theme from your server. If you had deleted some of the theme files but not all of them, it could cause errors like this as functions within one file would be looking for variables or functions as defined in other files and failing to find them, resulting in this type of error.
I would suggest reviewing your site's files for any traces of the Fusion theme. FTP is a notoriously unreliable way to manage files on a remote server and it would not be surprising at all to find that some of the theme files were not completely deleted.

quinn.mckinsey commentedI believe I've found the problem. I had another theme enabled called "Mix and Match", which I was not aware is a sub-theme based on Fusion. So, my guess is that the "Mix and Match" theme needs the Fusion theme installed in order to work correctly. So, I changed my theme to one of drupal's default themes, deleted "Mix and Match" and "Fusion" without any hang-ups. Thank you for your help.
