Hi,
I'm using the block menu module to show items inside the parent menu item in the primary menu that is currently selected, the problem is that I don't want every single primary menu item to have a dropdown, but when menu block shows the children of current selected item it's automatically marked as "expanded" which shows the dropdown menu.

Is there a way to set superfish not to show dropdown menus for primary menu items that are currently active in spite of being expanded or not?

Hmm, not that I know of other than targeting specific menu parents in CSS.
