I've just realized that the header region on my site renders differently depending on which browser I'm using:

Chrome & IE render the header region full width below the site name and slogan.
Firefox renders it alongside the site name and slogan.

How is this possible? How should I fix it? I designed my site thinking that the header region would display full width below the site name, which probably was wrong to begin with, but now I need this to work consistently. I've seen a couple of references to this in the issue queue:

1. Clear float style?
2. regions.tpl.php?

Any guidance on the correct solution would be appreciated.

Hi there, can you provide us with a link to your site so we can see the issue in action? And is this occurring in Fusion or a custom theme you created based on Fusion?

Thank you for your reply. I sent the url via email. I'm using Fusion Starter with minimal customizations for now.

Fixed by removing the float-center style from the block that appears in the header region. The block now renders below site-name and site-slogan in all tested browsers.

In fusion you do this through Skinr. Navigate to the block in question. You should see the configure blocks link appear. Click the link and configure the float properties for the block. You can also do this through the core blocks administration page.
