I see a very different theme setup for the Drupal 7 version. The regions don't even match the one from the Drupal 6 version, has it changed ? Sidebars also appear to be stuck at "Both sidebars last" and won't change.

Pratheep commentedFusion for D7 is definitely different in many aspects from Fusion for D6 in line with the D7 core which is significantly different from D6 core. As for 'Sidebars also appear to be stuck at "Both sidebars last" and won't change'...perhaps you could elaborate a little bit more on that.

espirates commentedBoth sidebars are placed last and appear to be stuck and unchangeable even though you set it to be on each side of the content.

Pratheep commentedDid you set the Layout to use "Split sidebars" in the theme settings? I don't seem to have your problem.
espirates commentedIt's fixed, I think when I had seven theme set as Admin, the block page was set for seven theme not fusion. All is well.

stephthegeek commentedThere are some differences to match updates to Drupal 7 core, and the direction that Drupal/Fusion is going in, but it is not a major overhaul. Regions are very similar, but minor changes have been made to accommodate new approaches for the main/secondary links, and removing the unnecessary content top/bottom regions. Skinr is changing a lot behind the scenes and the code for Skinr-related styles will be very different.
Take a look at the release notes for Fusion D7 to get more of an idea of what has changed: http://drupal.org/node/992054
