Currently the media icon base directly is correctly set to

sites/all/libraries/fuse/icons/media

However the icons are broken images, I assume we have to move this variable settings into the installation (profile) rather than using a feature module.

Following the approach of media module, we are copying the media icons from the install profile into files directory so they can be generated into image styles.
