Broken Link in Administer Block

After installing freemind.module,v 1.2 2006/05/21 I've tried to follow the 'java map' link in the Administer Block:

http://mydomain/drupal/?q=files/freemind/sitemapjava.html

This reports "Page not found". The following works (after modifying sitemapjava.html):

http://mydomain/drupal/files/freemind/sitemapjava.html

Has anyone else experienced this? I also get the following output after generating the map:

Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /var/www/localhost/htdocs/drupal/sites/default/modules/freemind/freemind.module on line 42.

But it still says that the map was properly generated (which is also confirmed by viewing it using my "workaround" mentioned above. BTW, I'm also using the default settings.
