For some reason my primary links won't expand. I've set both the primary link and it's child to "expanded," and it still won't. What am I don't wrong? :-S

I figured it out. I went to Administer > Site Building > Menus, then clicked on Settings. I then changed the option for Source for the secondary links: to "Primary Links." Now the primary links will expand :-)
