When attempting to edit and then save my account, I'm getting this process-stopping error that prevents the account from being saved. When Forward is disabled, the account is then again able to save:
PDOException: SQLSTATE[42S22]: Column not found: 1054 Unknown column 'type' in 'field list': INSERT INTO {forward_statistics} (type, bundle, id) VALUES (:db_insert_placeholder_0, :db_insert_placeholder_1, :db_insert_placeholder_2); Array ( [:db_insert_placeholder_0] => redirect [:db_insert_placeholder_1] => redirect [:db_insert_placeholder_2] => 87 ) in forward_entity_insert() (line 559 of /.../sites/all/modules/forward/forward.module
FYI, this doesn't have to do with Forward Services, the error seemed to only come and go with Forward.
I've had Forward enabled and upgraded again and again for some time, so maybe this could be cured with a disable, uninstall and then re-enable.
I did try disabling Forward and when re-enabled the error remained.
When I disabled, uninstalled and re-enabled Forward, I found that it did indeed function without the error. So, this issue is fixed/closed, just have to uninstall and re-enable to get around something that was probably in the install file but not updated with an update.php run (missing db column "type").
