Grey out and disable submit button until errors are resolved

As a further piece of usability (appreciated especially when a computer, web site, or the Internet connection between them is running slow), a form's submit button should be disabled from being clicked on by JavaScript and visibly so. Stock text should be added instructing the user to look for the errors in the form, and that when those are corrected it will be possible to submit.
