A spiritual successor to Drupal 6's "visitorpath" module in many ways, Form Tracking is an extensible base for injecting any sort of tracking information into any sort of form submission data.
Out of the box, it supports some basic internal data, as well as full visitor path information from the Statistics module. Additionally, out of the box it supports injecting this data into forms built with either Webforms or Entityform.
NOTE: Form Tracking is a Drupal 7-only release. There is a new Visitor Tracking module under development now for Drupal 8 which rebuilds the entire system in a much more generic and extensible way.
I plan to continue to release maintenance fixes and accept any new patches, but I am not sure if I will be implementing any new functionality myself, as my focus is currently on Visitor Tracking. I'm open to accepting other maintainers if anyone would like to carry the Form Tracking torch forward in a more active way.
