With Insert Views module, the insert view filter should be after footnotes filter.

I think it should be in README.txt

First of all, sorry for slow response, for some reason this bug report didn't reach me by email so I only noticed it now when reviewing old reports.

I haven't used the Views module a lot myself, nor Insert-View. Can you explain why you think Footnotes must be before it? (On a quick glance, it seems they could be ordered either way with different results.)

The README already says: "Note: Typically you want the footnotes filter to be pretty early in the chain.
If you need to lift the Footnotes filter higher up, click "rearrange"."

So you should follow that advice for Insert View filter too, I will not add a separate sentence for a specific filter that just says the same.
