Release notes

This release fixes this critical issue:

Issue # 3549290: UI not opening - brown/beige background top bar - Uncaught TypeError: fluid.uiOptions is not a function

Users are urged to upgrade from version 2.0.1/2.0.2 to 2.0.3 and run drush updatedb to apply the fix.

Tested on Drupal 10.6.1 and Drupal 11.2.10.
