1.4.5. Integrate with Job/Runner System [#3538832]

Connect FlowDropNodeRuntime with the planned ~~flowdrop_runner~~ flowdrop_runner submodule.
Ensure each execution produces a job record for asynchronous or queued runs.
Provide hooks for cron or queue worker execution of workflows.
