I'd like to show flickr photos which are tagged with the title of my node.

Entering in the tag prefix box doesn't work. Is there a way to do this?

The short answer to your question is, not yet.

Flickr nodes currently only supports machine tags in a predefined syntax, <prefix>:<type>-<nid>. Overriding this with a per node tag setting would be easy and make the module more flexible. Thanks for this idea! I will make it happen as soon as I next take time to review the module and its issues.
