Flexible colors rules depending on current theme

Hi,

I'm working on project, where I'll have many themes and I want to define custom color schemes for each theme. If I understand it well, I can define only global rules now. Is there any way how to define rules only for current theme and if I switch to different theme I'll have defined different rules? May in combination with any other module? I don't know. I'll appreciate help.
