In April 2018 Google Stopped supporting Google Site search and moved to Google Custom Search. This is a simple module to integration Drupal 8 with Google Custom Search.
Installation
Install with Composer: $ composer require 'drupal/flexible_google_cse:^1.0' or Download the module and place it under your modules directory.
Configuration
Configure the module on /admin/config/search/Google_Custom_Search
The module automatically creates a block called Flexible Google Custom Seach block once configuring the module place the block on your desired location.
