I had the FlashVideo module up and running with no problems until yesterday when all of our videos stopped processing. I have double-checked that the ffmpeg settings are correct and am able to successfully run ffmpeg from the command line. In fact, I'm able to successfully run FlashVideo on another site on the same server.
I have ffmpeg configured to run at cron, and have tried to switch it to 'Convert videos immediately' with no luck. On both the cron run and on node creation, nothing happens. I see no errors and I have no output to ffmpeg_data. The flashvideo table shows all of the nids and fids for videos that I've uploaded, but all of the videos since Monday have a status of 0 instead of 3. I'm guessing that ffmpeg is not being called properly....any suggestions on where to go from here?

regi.bradley commentedNever mind, I think that I have figured this one out. The issue was that there were several files that had been deleted before cron ran and they were still in the flashvideo table. So, each time that cron ran, it tried to process the missing files only. I increased the number of files to be processed per cron run and it got the conversions running again.
